A Walk in the Park.

Beautiful sunny weather brought us out into the open for a leisurely stroll in the park.

Enticed outside by the squirrels we put our best foot forward….

to stand and stare uuuup at the very tall trees…

before tracing them doooown from top to bottom!

Discovering around the corner a carpet of tiny cyclamen….

penetrating where the sun didn’t shine, but still managing to be so perfectly formed…

Crunching through the leaves and conkers…

before wending our weary way home…

for a nice cup of tea!

oh forgot to say you should bring the cups home, that will be lovely, my mum recently gave me an old tea set, china with faded roses, they were a wedding present for her and my dad who divorced when i was five, i have nothing from their marriage so these few cups are special to me, sometimes im sad as their marriage didnt last and its painful but other times im glad i’ve got these, at least its something from a happy time! if you know what I mean?
